Hi
Just been trying to adjust my headlights on low beam. I can adjust them up and down. But when I try the other screw, no matter how many times i turn it, it never seems to move it left or right.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Hi
When I did a new headlight from two old ones I had to dissasemble the adjusting mechanisms and even managed to upgrade from manual adjust to autmatic.
The fact is that the adjustment mechanism had a ball, inserted in a plastic case , joined to a screw wich was moved in and out by the screw you are turning.
The ball might have popped out of the plastic case or the pinnions which transmit the rotation of the screw might have broken.
Anyway if you get a headlight from the junkyard which has the adjusting mechanism intact, it will be quite easy to fix yours with the spare parts.
cheers
