Hey guys,

Will this downpipe bolt directly onto my VF8 turbo? Anybody have experience with this seller/maker?

Should work...you will most likely have to make a "test pipe" to run from that DP to your exhaust...but other than that you should be golden!

I used an EZR WRX bellmouth D/P on my SS & it fits perfectly if you are going to fabricate a new muffler system at the same time as the D/P install, but if you want it to join the factory cat back @ the factory location the D/P is too long (6-10"), so the cat-back has to be shortened.
My buddy fabricated me a 3" Mandrel bent catback as we installed the D/P & it looks like it came that way from the factory.
Anyone in the NYC area who would like to get an exhaust fabbed up or check out my exhaust can pm me. He could also make the downpipe if needed.

Sounds good guys! I plan on getting this downpipe and having a local muffler shop weld me up an exhaust using factory flanges into a magnaflow muffler.

I think using smaller than 3" flanges is going to be like putting a restricter plate in your exhaust.
3" two bolts flanges should be $10 or under, butt-clamps eliminate the need for flanges & are also under $10.
If your going to go through the trouble of a fitting a 3" exhaust, try to keep the system 3" from front to back.
This way you get the most out of the modification.
I may have a 3" spring-bolt flange left over from my system pm me if you need it Devan.

So a WRX downpipe is longer than the stock one, meaning youd need a shorter catback, correct? I have a Borla catback off a WRX sitting in my garage, so if I got an aftermarket downpipe like the one in this thread, the catback should bolt up to the donepipe, and be the correct length?

Just got the downpipe today. Great quality! Great product! It has 2 different spots for an o2 sensor. I would highly recommend it!

I don't think so. The best place for an EGT would be in the up pipe.
