forum error when sending PM

When attempting to send a PM to a user, I got the following error message after a long time out.

General Error

Couldn't get mail server response codes

DEBUG MODE

Yep, I get the same thing when sending pms or posting.

What that typically means is someone has setup to get emails when a new reply is posted, but their email address is missing or incorrect.
