West Coast Legacy Central Meet 3: Premlinary Planning/Poll

Post by 555BCTurbo »

Ok...Jake15 and I are in the preliminary stages of planning WCLCM3, and would like to know what dates would work best...

We could do the weekend of June 14-16 or June 21-23...let us know on the poll

Location will be either Milo McIver or another Coastal location that is being considered...let us know which one of those works better too...

Hope to see all you West Coasters there!

I should be down for this. . . I need a good camping trip to kick off the summer!

Milo worked pretty well for us last year. We could get that same group spot again since we had so much space to work with. :)

14th-16th

Winnemucca NNRA drags are most likely the following week and I don't want to miss another WCLCM.

With enough notice either weekend will work for me. But will some of you guys come a little more prepaired this time?

Craig, it's pretty hard to measure up to your MacGyverness when it comes to camping.

I'm thinking we might try and bring a grill this time. . . rather than renting that behemoth of a grill trailer again. (Although the cool factor definitely goes to the "Grill-o-5th-wheel").

Hey it would be a big step forward if some other people would remember to bring a can of bug spray.

It's been announced that WCSS#9 will be June 30th to July1st. With that being the case how about we make the camp-out an end of summer blowout?

Might not be a bad idea. . . considering the earlier WCSS this year.

Sorry, I just don't camp that often. Once a year at the gorge, and there aren't any mosquitos there. I will be sure to put that on my list of things to bring for my next camping trip, though.
Thank you very much for letting me use your bug spray, though.
I know right where my bug spray is, too.

Let's go with this date.
That way people can plan.
Otherwise if we keep pushing it out, this will fall through.
