Actually, I think it's a "locost". Basically a homebuilt.

Looks to me like a regular "H" pattern on the shifting, just really well executed.

Looks cool, but I need a tad more speed and a bit less memorization. Car control is excellent though.

Yeah, the 7 video is a bit old. I've had it saved on my computer for years.

Definitely takes a helluva lot of skill though. I agree that more speed would be fun, but I'm pretty sure someone who can drive like that can handle a road course.
