Seems like every 2 or 3 days Im blowing a coolant bypass line. 1st it was the line that lead from my coolant resivoir to my turbo. Then as soon as I get that replaced, 3 days later I blow a line leading from the coolant passage to the manifold.
Today (3 days later) on my way to work, i blew yet ANOTHER coolant line. This one runs on the passenger side of the car, looks like it comes from a hard line to the bottom of the block.
WTF?? Any idea why all these lines are blowing? Im wondering if my radiator cap is faulty, and not relieving pressure? I guess I'll replace that when I do this 3rd line.

is your coolant clean? does it look like you might have blown a head gasket ? that will build pressure fast

I cant check my coolant cause it wont stay in the car long enough to turn dirty. Im running straight water now. The car doesnt act as if it has a blown head gasket.
Usually i would run the car without a radiator cap to look for bubbles or exhaust in the coolant. The turbo doesnt have a cap on the radiator, and when I run it without the cap on the coolant tank it doesnt show signs of exhaust or any bubbles in the coolant.
What other methods should i use to check the gaskets? Maybe a compression test is in order.... if only it werent such a pain in the ass to get the spark plugs out :X

I had a bad cap once, and it did something like that (on a different car) I also had a blown head gasket on a car that was pressurizing the coolant system... you should be able to hear it if that were the case, because the engine gurgles a little bit after you shut it off, or the cap would hiss due to the extra pressure after you shut off the engine... but thats experience with GM vehicles, might not work that way with this car... like comparing apples and oranges
The car may run just fine with a blown headgasket Brian. Mine did. I had an oil leak in my headgasket that went from an oil line to a headbolt hole. You couldn't tell other than the oil was coming up a little tube that was open to the headbolt just above the head.
