what color?
thinkin of gettin my 93 legacy painted
black cars are a pain to take care of. Get a paint job with a metallic flake in it. It will look better, and probably hold up longer.

All these colors are good, but yes, black is high-maintenance. WR Blue would look really cool, and b/c they're "family sedans" not "sport sedans" you can drive past cops with red all day long... That's what I do...

I have to go with black too. they're high maintainence, butthey look so damn good when they shine. I agree with the metalic flake thing. IIRC "legacy black" is (or is similar to) "black granite pearl." that is just black with metalic flecks and tiny red flecks so it shines with an interesting purplish hue when clean and in direct sunlight. the new Imprezas have "black midnight pearl," which is the same except it has tiny blue flecks that make it look like a super-dark "blue ridge pearl. I really like that black.
whatever you do, don't go light silver. A darker graphite silver would prolly look good, but our cars are too angular to pull lighter silvers off. you really need curves for silver. same thing applies to WRB in my opinion. definitely wants curves. but that's just me, and I was wrong once back in '82. it could happen again.
