Bypassing Turbo Coolant Tank - Need Help!!!

I fixed some leaking nipples about a month ago on the coolant reservoir. Seemed to work out fine until yesterday when i noticed my temp guage rising. I found the tank is cracking in the back and fluid is leaking around the big hose at the rear bottom of the tank. I doubt I'll be able to fix it again without replacing it.

I understand that this tank can be bypassed and the turbo will still cool but I'm not sure how to go about doong this. I start a new job tomorrow and really need a car. Can anyone help???? Thank you
