Turbo Seizure?

Hi guys (and gals?)

Anybody know how long I can keep my turbo spinning at 12 psi before it welds itself together, I want to go for my top speed some time this week and don't wan't to overheat the turbo whilst planting my foot down for 5 mins in 5th gear.

Just a ruff idea would be great.

Any other listers here from the UK ?
