o2 Sensor Question

Post by scoobydude »

So my Downpipe has no spot for an o2 sensor. And i would like to in the near future get a catless downpipe. Would there be anything wrong with relocating my o2 Sensor to right after where my downpipe connects? Thanks for the help!

A catless downpipe should have room for an 02 sensor. I would wait until I got the new downpipe to install the sensor... I hate doing double work...

Like Nico said, you should be ok as long as you are far enough away from the turbo and before the cat...

What downpipe are you thinking of getting?

I wish i could get the Downpipe right now. I just need a fix for now because i cant smog it without the o2 Sensor. Its running too rich. As far as for a downpipe i will prob just have one made. Or if i can find a used WRX one for a pretty good price i might do that.
