I'm not sure what they go for new, or what reman'd ones go for (even though most of the reman'd ones are crap).....but if I'm going to replace it, I don't want to do it again any time soon.

I'm running the same 91 turbo legacy MT tranny.

I thought all the first gen leg MT trannies used the same starter?

I pulled the one for my swap from a cable trans, unknown year, and I don't even remember if it was AWD or not.

I found it almost impossible to find one in stock, anywhere in SLC, simply because they don't seem to be a common replacement part.

They do, but you could be using a later MT tranny

Exactly. Josh is so subtle and low key when he alters or changes something, I always feel the need to ask. I know what I think his set up is, but I would be arrogant to claim to know. Let me see if I still have a good starter for your car. I think I do...

Yeah....I really haven't been overly vocal about or when I change stuff. I really need to update my website with all the current modifications....because what's up there is so grossly out of date....it's not funny.
