Get the 56, or you'll be kicking yourself later. You'll definately need something larger than your 440cc injectors though.

Don't get a VF turbo. You'll be disappointed. The most I've ever seen a VF22 do is 330whp on meth.

Get something in the 53 to 56 lb/min range.

An STi we put together with a Deadbolt SZ53 made 398whp.

^^ no i had a vf34 vf22 and i have on a 18g right now, but i dont want it no more. aps sr56 is what i am going to get.

sr56 Compressor Turbine
A/R 0.60 0.94
Inducer 57.0 mm 60.0 mm
Exducer 76.2 mm 55.0 mm
720cfm@14psi.

where my 18g is 550cfm@14psi.

also what do you guys think of a aps or perrin fuel rail kit, worth it or not?

Fuel rails are always a good idea. You don't want a cylinder to run lean.

I still think your 550's are gonna be too small for a turbo that size. At 19psi w/ my 30R (the smaller one), I was hitting 90% IDC's with my 650's at stock fuel pressure. That was at 10.5:1 though.
