Engine rebuild kits

Where is a good place, online or other, to purchase a kit. I dont want junk, but I dont feel like spending $500 at the dealership. I figure Doug could help me out here. I saw this on ebay,

What do you think, I just wanted some info. I know all this stuff has to meet standards, so is there good-better-best in this case. The engine will be used for rally race application, in stock form, so what are my options according to you.

might cost ya a extra couple of bucks, but heres my thought, without doing a whole ton of shopping. plus this is OEM stuff!!!!
