so this is my first post and im kinda new to the subaru motor (Ive known nothing but DSM's for the past 2 years) and i cant seem to find anything about BOV's on here.
I was wondering if our cars stock have blow off valves and if so where they they located?
also if not how difficult is it to add one and where would it need to go ect.
thanks!

Welcome.
These cars have a bypass valve instead of a blow off valve. It's located under the intake tube that comes off the turbo to the throttle body.
Since these cars use a MAF sensor, if you use a blow off valve, the a/f ratio's going to be different then what the MAF sensor calculated based on the air it measured.
There are several threads that talk about this. I'd recommend searching.
