Did they sell them 5-speed over there? Looks OEM. I hate fat lazy America.
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.

Hey, that's my steering wheel! :D

There's still a part of me that wants to build a BF wagon, as in, find a USDM 94 GT and EJ22T-swap it.

There are 5 speed GT wagons in New Zealand...but the Japs prefer autos...so many of the cars come auto.

Lazy maybe...

My uncle, whom resides in Auckland, New Zealand, has a theory about Japanese people that live there, in that they cannot think for themselves, and could not be faced with the extra mental effort involved with shifting gears...
**I do not necessarily subscribe to that belief...so no flamey**

Most of the JDM cars that are imported there (and there are a hell of a lot) are automatic...And many have a beeper that comes on when you shift to reverse to remind you that you are in reverse
