Note that the test vehicle is a BG5B 4AT (late 96 to early-98 twin turbo
Legacy auto trans) which has had a Prova ECU fitted. This model in stock
spec should be producing about 190kW, but I note that this one doesn't.
Note also that the performance gains are mainly in building torque earlier
rather than peak horsepower, and that the effect of the "boost valley" is
clearly evident
The data may be "skewed" in some way, or as I can't read Japanese... I may
be intrerpreting the data incorrectly. The apparent achieved gains are the
same as the peak figures quoted for the 2000 models shown at...
