Building JDM 2.0 shortblock with Wiseco pistons to sell

Post by douglas vincent »

Unless someone stops me before it is assembled and requests other parts, this shortblock will have ACL bearings, stock rods and crank, the turbo oilpump rebuilt (i.e. torn down and cleaned), and Wiseco pistons and rings.

Block is opendeck with oil squirters.

No waterpump or oil pan/pickup.

$1000 plus shipping. Pickup not a problem. Will crate for free.

If you want other rods installed and can supply them, I will install them. If you can supply other parts (water pump, oil pan), I will install these parts free. If you can supply heads and bolts, I will charge you $100 plus parts to install.

Price on just pistons and rings?

Comp ratio for the pistons?

Im pretty sure they'll fit a jdm closed deck ej20, but you want to confirm this for me?

Just picked up the shortblock for a friend and now hes looking for pistons :-)

I got them off ebay for $400ish on a closeout. They are going in the block though.

/\ haha thanks, they got here fast!

I am so tempted to keep this block for myself, it would be the first forged piston block I would own. But I have 2.5 Mahles coming......
