2.5 Rs springs on a BC Leg-Turbo
Does anyone have pics of 2.5 Rs springs on a BC Legacy?
They are supposed to bolt on with new front upper spring perches & lower the car about 1" (according to the super-suspension chart).
I have 2 sets of these, & was planning on putting 1 set on my L-turbo, just wanted to see if it was worth the trouble.

I had them on my car until recently. It looks like it dropped the car about an inch all around

yep same ones. all impreza springs taper at the top in the fronts. so if you want to run any impreza spring you'll have to get these. FYI most boneyards wont have these to sell as they only sell the strut/spring as a whole unit. at least thats how it is out here in oregon. these run $16ea at the dealer.

I put the "RS" springs on my car today & it looks nice!
Not too low, no harch ride, I like very much.
Funny thing is that my car does not look like any of the pics, the front wheel has 0 fender gap, while the rear has a slight gap - giving the car a raked look.
I have the RS springs on AGX's set to 1 up front & 4 out back for a smooth city ride that handles OK.

Reviving this, did the spring you used the front and rear set from a 2.5 RS or is it two sets of fronts? I'm wondering because of spring rates, I don't want that saggy butt look. This would be for a sedan as well.

You'd have to run a front and rear set. Which reminds me, I need to do this.

You think that wouldn't cause that "saggy butt" stuff? I wouldn't think it would because it's a sedan.mike-tracy wrote:You'd have to run a front and rear set. Which reminds me, I need to do this.

Re: 2.5 Rs springs on a BC Leg-Turbo
I have gc 2.5rs springs on my second gen sedan, with saggy butt. It might be different for a first gen since they're more similar to the gc chassis though.
