If I remember right you remove the dome light assy. I could be wrong, but I had my headliner out to reseal the sunroof 2 years ago, remember seeing the manual drive and it takes an allen bit.

I'd try to get a bit that size and chuck it up in a drill and run it closed that way. Seems like it'd take forever with an allen wrench.

Check the owner's manual. There is a plastic plug in the headliner a little behind the dome light. Pull it out & use the allen wrench in there. I think it's 5mm, a ratchet goes faster. This goes directly into the motor. Check the fuse too. Maybe you have a stick or something stuck in the tracks.

Dont know if youve tried this but mine sticks off and on also. I just give the headliner a good thwack near the rear domelight and that usually persuades it to do what its supposed to. :)

as the post above says my sticks I either smack the headliner OR give the edge of the window a little push back toward the rack and it works EVERY time ... I even had mine out 4 weeks ago to "try" an reaseal it ( the GD thing still leaks) but I oiled it all an it still does it
