part# for a conefilter?

Post by Redlined »

Went to the local Baxters Auto and got some new spark plugs, ( MPH is down to 24 and it idles rough) while I was standing around waiting for a clerk I spied some conefilter systems (K&M) Asked and the clerk said I would need a parts number....

I was kinda thinking Id just need the OD for the MAS.

"searched" a little bit in the forums but came up dry.

Anyone able to offer me a little help?

Thanks in advance!
Dave

Part # for what? The cone filter?

They're pretty much generic. Just get one that fits in the physical opening you have, and has the same pipe diameter.

Part for what? I just picked up a 3" part that would bolt onto the MAS, drilled the holes to fit the legasy and bolted it on then stuck the airfilter right on it. VOY LE
