Serious wind noise totally puzzled!!!

Been putting up with this wind noise for a while lol. Now it is really annoying me BECAUSE ITS THERE AT 40KM PER HOUR!!! At 100km jeese its REALLY BAD. This is the dealio, I got a air compressor DO NOT hear any wind coming through and 0 water leaks ANYWHERE. One thing though the trim piece is a little loose and not sitting close(clip cracked waiting for new one) to the glass. Passenger side is perfect 0 wind noise at all. Also checked antenna went all around with air compressor didn't hear any noise inside. What do you guys think? Also the top of the door is not sitting flush. The bottom of the door is closer and more flush, and sitting to high. I wonder if that is creating a large issue? Thanks guys.

Mirror assembly. It tends to separate over time.

Ya was thinking that. Going to remove it AGAIN lol. After I removed it thats when this started I believe, well... got worse.....
