What is the part number to a 3:9 gear ratio AT trans for a 92 legacy? the place I was going to but it from only has the 4:11 trans, and the guys needs the part number to find the 3:9. I was hoping someone can help me out :) or if someone can tell me to find a 3:9 AT trans let me know.

Why are you looking for a 3.90 tranny? Is the car turbo or naturally aspirated?

N/A Legacy's came with a 4.11 final drive transmission and rear diff. If you don't have a sport sedan, you'll need this.

Turbo Legacy's came with a 3.90 final drive tranny/rear diff. If you've got a sport sedan, this'll be the one you want.

Try to get your shop to look-up the part for a legacy sport or legacy with turbo. See if that helps.

voodoo, you're incorrect.

The 92-94 AT non-turbo legacies came with a 3.90 final drive ratio.

As for the part #, you can d/l the parts manual from me and figure out what it is yourself.
