4:11 rear diff?

What year sedan non-turbo had the 4:11 gear rear diff? was it the 90-91? some help, im going to swap 3.9 tranny with 4:11 and all I need now is to get a 4:11 rear diff. so if someone can tell me what car had the 4:11 gears that would be cool :) thx
