Ground Control coilover part number

Post by macipusy »

Just got my coilover kit for 91 SS and it lists the application as 02- WRX.....part number 7511.02 can anybody confirm

This was sopposed to be the 0-1.75 drop

Mark at GC took my order, so it should be the best match for the Legacy

Put them together, it should work fine. Quit getting hung up on what part numbers are for what car. Pretty much every suspension and brake component on my car is not listed specifically to fit. But it all does and it all works very well.

All GC sleeves are all the same aside from spring rate/length. All 1st and 2nd gen subarus are similar enough that most things are compatible.

And hey, here's thread number 6. Please, when this is all through, take pictures, do a write up, and consolidate all of your threads into one. Then have Josh or someone delete the rest. Months from someone else is going to ask the same thing and you're really not making it easy to look all this up.

check the threaded sleeves with some calipers because not all threaded sleeves are made equal most are but not all. if you have agx the sleeve should be a 55 or 56 mm

I ran Ground Control & Koni adjustables on my '01 Focus ZX3 and loved it. It took twisty roads like it was on rails!! Then I got bored & decided to have fun and 'bagged it.
