is it worth it?
grandma gave me her 92 L AWD legacy for free. Its got a good body except 2 quarter size rust spots on the trunk, and a dented right fender. Motor works and starts up, just need a battery (ran it yesterday) Trans is shot and diff, I already have 4.11 gear trans and diff on the way. Breaks need new pads and rotors cuz there rusted a bit. and need new front axles. Friends say its not worth it cuz it need alot of work. but I kinda want to prove them wrong. and I LOVE how the suby drove and feels/sounds. motor only has 120K miles on it and it was never beaten.

I can't believe I'm quoting Nike, but "JUST DO IT!!!!!!!!!" It is totally worth it.
For less than $1,000 you have a good starting point for a project car to swap a EJ205 or something comparable into it.
