How was I able to hit 20psi actually it was over 20ps1...I only have a 30-0-20 on my stock 91 SS with only a MBC, pulleys and a custom straight intake.
It cut out after about 5 seconds up there...
How is this possible....the car felt very fast...

well, somthing goofed with you mbc and i bet you where lower mid rpms. cause this turbo sucks up top.
from now on i would watch your boost gauge closely when you get on it. what mbc do you have?

Actually I noticed a huge increase in power in mid to upper range....
I have the stiff spring installed....and the original BOV had the small nipple broken. Yesterday I repalced the BOV and forgot to turn down the MBC......

its almost like there is a ghost in some of these legacys. 4 years ago i looked down at my gauge and it read 20 psi. then my car died. this was before all mods. the only thing that i had done was a gauge. My foot at the time was barely on the gas pedal. my gauge could have been wrong or my ecu freaked out or my car is haunted.
