The ECU on my 92 USA model Legacy turbo LHD is definitely way up high under the left dash above the fuse box. It is a real bitch to get in and out. I usually suspend it on zip ties because it is so hard to wrestle in and out and I am concerned about screwing up other wires and connections when I take it in and out. I am willing to bet that it is in the same location for all LHD 91-94 Legacy turbo cars.
