i finally got my shit together and decided to hook up the sound system i've been working on for the last while and i need a little help. can anyone tell me if theres any wires under the dash near the cd player i can tap into for unswitched power? i'm sick of my cd player restarting from the beginning of the cd at 12:00am every time i turn on my car...
also- does anyone know a good place near-ish the battery for me to run my amp wire through the firewall without drilling any holes?

aight i found somewhere to run the wiring through... theres a little rubber plug in a hole in the firewall right by the pedals. i poked a little hole in the middle of the plug and pulled the wires through... works fine. i tapped into my amp wire for the head unit and used these little mount things in the spare tire recess to attach my ground wire to and everythings working fine now
