Actually. i had this problem for a long long time since i got my
car... just didn't thought its very serious.. so never posted it..
but today when i was doing so enthusiastic driving, it has caused
some problem...
during normal driving, the clutch clicks whenever i press or depress
it.. the click is quite loud and defintely noticable.. however, the
travel point where its makes the sound is different for when i press
it or when i release the clutch.. the sound usually comes at the
higher travel point when i release the clutch than when i am pressing
it...
well.. today i was doing some fast driving in the parking.... i was
in 1st gear just feeling out the car.. i did manage to pull one or 2
slight oversteering manauvers.. but with the inside 2 tires
spinning.. so that might have caused huge loads on the clutch...when
i shifted into 2nd, the clutch would not go back up all the way when
i release it.. it stays where it usually clicks... after a few more
time of pressing the clutch, it is willing to go back up and i hear
the click sound.. or if i use my toe to make it go back up...
this also happened when i was going around 140km/h in 4th,
downshifted to third. i did heel toe, the cluthc still slip a little
bit becoz i didn't release it very fast.. and same thing happend..
clutch wouldn't go back up all the way... but it was around 1second
or so before it would go back all the way up..
i am sure there is no wire or something in the footwell that could be
an obstruction... the sound is coming from underneath the dashboard..
but pass the footwell..

Click sound from clutch...
Do you still have the stock clutch? Or have you had it replaced with
aftermarket?
