2000 E Tune - What is it ?

Am about to buy a 2000 gtb this one is badged as an E- Tune can anyone tell me what the e tune is ?

This really isn't the place to ask for it because 1) this is primary an North American forum 2) North America gets mostly lame Subaru models and we never got anything even CLOSE to the GT-B, much less the e-tune, and 3) this forum caters to 89-94 Legacy models.

An NZ/AU forum, like http://www.rslibertyclub.org/ can be a bit more helpful.
