ok. I know that we use a 5x100 bolt pattern on our wheels
but what other OE wheels will fit with no problems?

New small Toyota 4cyl cars also have 5 X 100. Celica, Corolla, Matrix, tC, etc.
We covered VW too. Someone had Jetta wheels on his Legacy (I wasn't crazy about how it looked though).

I think newer Toyota wheels have almost the right offset (within a mm or two).
The VW wheels were off (stuck out too far), but would fit. Personally, though, I wouldn't use them.

Used Subaru wheels for sure fit, are cheap, and look nice. You can get a set of 16" WRX wheels with almost-new RE92s for $200 or less.
You don't want to go below +55mm offset until you're at a 6.5" wide wheel.
16x6.5 WRX wheels have a 55mm offset
16x7 2.5RS wheels have a 53mm offset
17x7.5 STi wheels have a 53mm offset
You can go a little lower than that on the wider wheels, but not by much. +48 is about the min on a 7" wheel.
Too low of offset and you'll be in the fenders and ruin the wheel bearings; too high and you'll hit the strut/spring perch.
