I purchased, but have not installed yet, a FCD from this company. They have some items on their website that may interest some of you. Not vending for them, just thought it may be of interest.

Can you tune that fcd for a preset voltage?

From reading on the website, those fcd's seem more for turbo swap/additions then for original turbo vehicles that just want to raise boost.

There is a small trimmer on the board that can be adjusted.

So you can still retain fuel cut, just at a higher level.....

Let me know how the install and tweaking goes.

That is what it looks like, at least from reading the installation instructions. Actually I will not be installing it. I have ordered an Autronic replacement board for 94-96 WRX. I purchased the Symtechlabs FCD, then before I installed it I decided to go with the Autronic ECU.
