i wanted to know how much a ej20 affects compression on a ej22e and what would be better to use ej20 or ej25 heads if i was going to build a turbo engine.

Stock EJ22T heads are 40cc, N/A EJ25 DOHC heads are 46cc. Which EJ20 are you talking about? I know the EJ20G is 56cc and I think the EJ20K may be the same but I have not confirmed that. I read somewhere the WRX EJ20 heads are 48cc but again, uncomfirmed.
