But I can live with being this kinda junky (just never add up what you’ve spent). :P

Where exactly do you live  ?

Its really not a bad problem to have. But the first step is admitting that you have a problem :D .

I wish my pile was that small. If you're serious though. Nip it in the bud ASAP.

Not too bad... Mine looks quite similar, except that I'm keeping most of the Vanagon parts inside the van. Storage shed on wheels...well...OK, on jackstands.

Just keep buying shelving units. If you can't fit any more on the floor, ya have to go vertical. The 7-foot units at H.D. , Lowes, or Costco are great, and hold a metric shit-ton of stuff.

ps what kind of Buggy is that?

You can always divide up the parts pile into smaller piles, that makes it seem better. A step program would probably mean selling vehicles.

OR, you can just start shipping parts my way. My garage is no better with having the project SS and my lowrider project Nissan Hardbody. Also being a car audio fanatic doesn't help my collection of parts too...
