I just ordered a new Impreza carpet from these guys;

No holes are pre-cut, so it should work nicely in our cars... it'll be a while before I get it in tho. I reasoned that the floorpans are basically identical, it's just the mounting points of the belts, handbrake, etc. might be different. Nice selection of colors, and it cost about $120.
Free shipping if ordered from the website...I actually found them on Ebay, but it was cheaper on their site.

I actually think the impreza carpet might be a hair short.
I was lookng at replacing the carpet, and will be trying to find a BD or BE carpet.
I think they will be the closest.

Carpet Update!
The Impreza carpet I mentioned here a few months ago is now going in. Very nice quality, I popped for the optional thick nap.
The carpet is very generously cut, so there's no problem width-wise, I am doing quite a bit of trimming, actually. It's long enough for everything except the two ears of carpet on either side of the rear seat...which, if you look at them, are actually sewn-on extensions on the original carpet. I am using a large piece I cut out for the center seat belt pedestal, cut in half, to replicate those extensions...fits perfectly.
The carpet kit is "molded" only in a general sense, in that there's a few humps in it for the tranny tunnel and seat mount bars, and it's kinda boat-shaped, but don't expect a factory fit, there's a lot of cutting and trimming involved. But it does fit our cars, and they have a HUGE selection of colors and weaves, so I'd call this one a winner.
