car minus tranny

alright. right now it looks like i will be either selling my car with a bad tranny or parting her out. this is just a heads up, nothing definitive. but it is looking like i am 80-90% sure i'm not keeping her because i cannot afford to rebuild the tranny and it is more beneficial for me to get a newer car. so...if anyone has any offers on anything, let me know. it has a stock engine with around 150K on it, but the car has around 210K on it. (i do not have it with me, it is still at the auto shop.) the trunk lid is silver, and the lock is different from the rest since it is from a different car and i have not had it rekeyed. the body is in pretty good condition, and i will need to post some pics. the hood is chipping pretty bad and there is a crack on the driver's door, from before i owned the car, that was bondoed poorly. the interior upholstery is in really good condition (nonsmoker) except for the door speakers, which were stolen when the car was stolen in july 2006. i replaced them with duponts, nothing great. the driver's visor is missing and the passenger visor is a different color than the interior. there will be no cd player or dash insert that came stock, since that was also stolen. all seat belts and windows work, a/c either needs to be recharged or replaced. rims are stock alloys with 2-year old tires. i don't know if there is anything i am forgetting, but let me know any questions you have.

You could probably just find a low mileage transmission for pretty cheap.
