Shipping will run about $100.

Still, not a bad price.

Ah. You found Jhot. They are the best thing going for JDM junkyard parts these days. Many of us have known about them for quite a while. I appear on their feedback list about half a dozen times. That's where I got my swap, and my WRX-RA seats and my GT-B Bilsteins... :-D

Yep, I actually have known them a bit.
I am the reason they are doing the rear window and wipers.

I got their first set ever for our 01 Impreza.

But since I am about out of mods for the RS, and they don't get much for the BC very often, I don't check them as much.

Yep, that hood is from the same car the skid plates and KYB rally stuts are from. Maybe 6 months old or more? If you local it's a great price though.

Welcome to the real world. Jhot properly packages and palletizes a part like that. I ship LTL shipments all the time and they are not jacking you up with that freight. Feel free to contact your own freight carrier and get a quote for the shipment. Jhot let's me use my own carrier, which is generally a wash since they have a pretty damned good rate...

ok i live in the real world

i'm just saying that it really does not make sense to pay over a hundred dollars to ship something that weighs less than 5 lbs.

i understand the hood price, it's heavy and really awkwardly shaped
but..
unless it has the power to make the alba come to your house then.. i dunno :)
