92 Legacy Turbo full motor and trany for sale
Hello all,
Well Im swapping in an 02 wrx motor and trany into my T leg so the drivetrain is up for sale. I was thinking 1k for it all. It had a odometer swap so mileage is some what unknown. Shes running fine now I just found something I couldn't pass up.lol The trany kinda complains when shifting fast into 3rd. So I have just been double clutching it and its been doing fine. Anyone is welcome to come check it out in its running condition/take her for a drive, although its being swapped soon so you better hurry. If you have any Q's please don't hesitate to ask.
Im in Boulder CO.
Thanks,
Mike

Bump for a good seller who is NOT a newb regardless of his post count. He knows what he's doing. He works at our local dealership and drives an Ej257/Ej205 hybrid powered Impreza that will eat 95% of our members' cars for lunch. If you aren't interested in his parts, just move along.

EJ205's can be pretty strong.
A friend of mine has a GC Impreza with a EJ205 that was running 12.01 1/4 miles when it was putting down 311WHP, he is now way over 350WHP (I forget the exact # as I'm getting old) but will not go back to the strip as it seems to end up costing too much $$$ (he's on JDM WRX tranny #3 & on his 3rd-4th LSD rear diff).
good luck with your swap & sale!

I was just nipping the hijack in the bud and keeping it on target since that's what Josh and Dave pay me for.asc_up wrote:Hahaha I wasn't saying he was a newb... Just throwing out an idea.

The car is at Flatirons Auto Center where we do most of our performance work. It’s off of 30th just south of Valmont on the west side. We're bringing over the donor Rex this weekend to get started, so the Tleg will most likely be still up and running this weekend. Like I said anyone is welcome to come by and take her for a drive.RckyMtnLegacy wrote:Hey where in boulder are you located and is the engine out yet? I live in denver but go to school in Pueblo. We are in the middle of pulling the WRX motor and trany right now (we are really buissy so this project keeps getting pushed back
). So your wellcome to come and drive the T-leg, or if I have a buyer we can skip strait to pulling the T-leg motor and trany.
