hi there,
I have a 94 legacy and have a little problem with the headlights. when I turn to full beam one light turns off and one stays on to fullbeam.
any possible idears for what could be wrong?

by full beam i take it u mean your brights or high beams.... i would guess that you need to replace the headlight bulb cause the high beam could be burnt out, thats the first thing i would check

What Saskatoon Subaru said. The low beams and high beams are separate filaments.
Just replace both bulbs. If one high beam filament is burnt out, the other can't be far behind since they're the same age.
