Can you get someone to sit in the car and blip the throttle while you stand outside of the car near the engine (with the hood up) and record?

It's hard to hear anything in that video.



And as a suggestion, try using photobucket.com or tinypic.com to upload videos. It's much easier and yeah. Lol.

I can't seem to open the files...

Have you checked your power steering fluid? The steering pump will make a moaning sound if the fluid is too low, sounds like a drill.
