How I woke up this morning.

Post by Redneck Wolf »

So, about 6:30 this morning, I hear a knock on the door. I get dressed, stumble to the door. I answer it,and the guy says he has a flat tire, and asked if he could leave it in the driveway till the afternoon since he had to go to work. Well, heres what has a flat tire. Sorry bout the blurry pics, I don't have very steady hands, and i had been up all of ten minutes.

It's hard to tell, but the interior is near perfect, the pics aren't so great at showing that.

Chrome must be an America-only option for us pimps yo. It at least used to be illegal in Germany. I doubt that's changed.

Uh, yes. It's a model designation like 'S', 'T', 'RS', etc. In this case it's a rwd 964-series 911 as opposed to the Carrera 4 which was awd. The '2' designation has been dropped today on the rwd Carrera, but the Carrera 4 is still in use for the awd car.

This car reminds me of Eddie Bello's old 911 (same body-style), but I'm certain it is no-where near as quick as Eddie's was.

From what I understad RUF had said it was impossible for a stock bodied 911 to go quicker than 10s in the 1/4 mile.
When Eddie's car did 3 wheelstands to a 8.81s pass on street tires they were very surprised.
Spanish kid from the BX outdoes a team of German Engineers out of a home garage....

I had both 944 intercoolers that were on Eddie's car @ 1 time (they were where the back seat usually is), but they are long gone now.
