Couple hours, a hacksaw blade, bondo, fibreglass, putty, and FTW rattle can flat black. The hardest part was stripping the chrome w/o destroying the plastic underneath. In hindsight some heat would prolly have made removal easier.

right, but you dont need a "ss" grill to go this, when you cut it up it will look exactly the same :roll:
