This is a real noob thing to ask but i cant get a 100% with what i have been able to find...
When installing a boost controller on an SS do i take out the purge solenoid and place in new controller in its spot? Place the controller after the purge solenoid or before....

A boost controller has nothing to do with the purge control solenoid.
Take a look at the vacuum diagram in the sticky thread in the Intake forum. You want to plumb the boost controller between the compressor outlet and the wastegate actuator. Cap off the lines going to the stock boost control solenoid.

And more importantly, how? You mean messuring boost off the intake manifold instead of the compressor outlet?
