If it is the stock turbo from a Starion (can't see the link) it is a TD05-12a or something like that.

Starion TD05s suck, & pump some thing like 320cfm @1bar of boost - less than a TD04.
Some folks I know with Conquest/Starion 2.6l engine swaps in KP61s & TE27s have pushed the stock turbo to 25psi - but it still sucks.

I believe that's a TD05-12A. A good deal smaller on the compressor side than a 16G.

But also, the housings are completely different from Subaru housings, so it wouldn't bolt up to your Legacy without a fair bit of work.
