I didn't know those plastic wing things were so sexual. It makes perfect sense though.

I usually just crack the window an inch or so and run the fan on low on the floor setting. This way my pot smoke goes from my left hand right out the window. It should work the same for tobbacco smoke. (untested)

It's because of the frameless windows that the rain comes in. My '07 Leggy has this problem really bad, so does my '96 LOB. My '92 SS did the same thing. It's very annoying for sure.

Or someone could reveal a source for the ,ahem, sexually liberated rain guards. I can't seem to find them anywhere. Perhaps they're all hiding in closets, or something.

Couldn't help but notice the irony that the 'smoker' comes into the post a month late.... ;)

I'm sure the company that puts huge ads, as referred to in the previous post, is Weathertech. (Macneil) They make great stuff all-around, I've put their floor mats in several vehicles.

Anyways as a former smoker, and that I sold my 93 wagon to a smoker, the best way to avoid getting soaked is to crack the right-rear window, and use the ashtray. Using the drivers window is also stupid because you never know when a cherry is going to fly back into the car and burn a hole in the rear seats (and/or cargo area of the wagon). I speak from experience...

The ashtray is cleaner to use and the smoke just flies out the rear window, reducing smell a little bit too.

I have the window deflector things on my Tahoe, they were there when I bought it, although I dont smoke I can see how those would work. I dont see how they would work whatsoever on a frame-less window'd Subie, though...

FWIW I hate smoking now and cant stand to be around it anymore either. Unclean!
