I now have a hybrid 92/93

92ss with a 93 transmission, interior, brakes, and some other things too... If it werent for the lack of airbag and clear tails you wouldnt be able to tell my car is a 92...

Like I said, I really want this, assuming it isnt a bitch to install.

climate control

Its not a simple Plug n Play, unless your car came from the factory with it, and your just looking to replace the unit. Otherwise to do a conversion on legacy that did not come from the factory with it would require all the proper duct work and whatever else is needed for it to work. I have just the main in dash unit that has two separate pluggen in wiring harnesses in the back of it, along with the outside temp. sensor. If you can even find a car that came with it, and can and want to go thru all the work to remove the plumbing from a donor car and then your car just to see your temp in digital, then I suggest you buy this. I have no way of knowing if the unit works either. I bought on ebay last year, in hopes of doing a plug n play on my 94 Touring wagon. Now, are you still interested? :( As far as the oem part number only stating it fits 90-92 is probably because those were the only years that had it, and they were very very rare indeed, plus they were an expensive option that most people werent interested in 16-18 years ago. So Im thinking there were no 93-94's that had them to begin with, but obviously if you have all the parts it will work in 93-94 years. Good Luck if anyone wants to take this on. Id love to see T-leg with this installed and fully operating. You would definitely have the rarest of rarest T-leg out there.

I thought all the vents were electronic not vacuum operated anyway. The only issue I can see if the line that opens and closes to set the temperature.

What did you found out? Could you give some more information? Or links where you found some information. here in Europe there is nothing to find, because it wasn't an option :(
