Purty. :)

I hope you're going to install them with upgraded wiring harnesses and good bulbs.

I kinda found out someting interesting about bulbs...

One of my headlights burst on my new car... so instead of going and buying more Xtravisions, I splurged for the cheapo GE Brand...

And to be honest... They seem brighter than my xtravision.... And the old car with xtras had super clear lenses...

Oh and the wiring harness on the new car was originally on my old car (the new cars was FUBARED).

All halogen bulbs' outputs reduce with time; new regular bulbs can outperform old high-output bulbs. Compare a new cheap bulb to a new Xtravision and you'll see that the Xtravision has higher output.

By "upgraded wiring harness" I mean your own harness made with 10-gauge wire and high-quality relays whose coils are driven off the stock harness.

Oh I know...

My Xtravisions we only a few weeks old... But they went through that wreck (and miraculously survived).

I was... I still had one good Xtra vision that was in the new car when I put the new bulb in and it seemed brighter... But since the one blew... I figured I ought to replace both.

Well, since the xtravision had survived a wreck, gotten soaked, then dried, and touched by hands...

It probably wasnt in the best shape... Thats probably what it was.

It wasn't cleaned off before it was reused? I suppose that could have been it, since any material on the glass can inhibit the halogen cycle.

Not permanently, no... If you clean the oil completely off the glass with a solvent that leaves no residue, it should be fine.

I suppose it's also possible that the electrical contacts were somewhat corroded or something.

Sweet new purchase!!! I'm holding out for EDM headlights personally. That's if I don't create my own projection head lights first...

Really?!?!

I just went to the dealer after seeing this and asked how much and he was like $180. I was thinking to myself "oh that's not tooooo bad" then I was like "ok I'll take them" and he asked me which side...

Yeah, $180 for ONE headlight. Not both. WTF??
