JDM = Right Hand Drive. Probably won't fit US cars the way it's set up.

What the hell are all the extra lines for...? I don't even see where that last one goes.

You could probably use it if you capped off the one port, and ran a custom flex line. Assuming that everything fits clearance-wise.

That should work for you, cap of the extra lines and rethread the plunger shaft, the JDM's are longer than the USDM's. You need to add another inch or so of thread so that you can screw the U shaped end down further so that is is the same distance from the MC as the USDM.
