So as anyone following my recent 'saga', I thought I had everything all wrapped up. But I got bit in the ass yesterday.
I'd done both HG's, despite the fact that the pass. side seemed to still be holding. Got it all back together with a few extra goodies, took care of a knock sensor error and she was running strong.
Well yesterday I'm coming home from work and am accelerating at about 1/2 - 3/4 throttle and all the sudden it starts hesitating a little and I see puffs of black smoke out the back. Looking at my scan tool I see that the O2 is at .94 - .95V, something's not right. So I get home to find that the oil smells 'off' and seems too thin.
I go out this morning to do a compression test and when I pull the third plug (front pass. side) it comes out covered in coolant. F**k.
So now the side that was holding fine before is now leaking and I have to do this all over again. At least now everything's all clean and I have my hoses organized and easy to get to.

Aww damn that sucks. But I, along with many others, told you to do both. Hate to say it, but I told you so. Hahaha.
Just use this as a learning experience. Hopefully others will too.
