Ok, so I tore down the front of the engine (92 2.2), and replaced the crank sprocket, keyway, pulley, oil pump gasket and crank seal. Timing belt was still decent, as the white marks were still visible, and no visible wear. While doing this, I removed the battery so the computer would reset.
Now, the car fired up perfectly first time, no problems. Runs great, I'd say probably better than before, as the crank sprocket was able to move a bit before. However, the CEL is constantly flashing at me now. What's the deal with this?

Did you perchance hook up a pair of black or green connectors under the dash?
